Latest Hawaii Travel Updates
Posted on 03/18/2021As of Wednesday, March 17, 2021, the latest information on travel protocols to Hawaii are as follows:
Pre-testing 72 hours from last flight from the mainland
Create a profile, add your information and upload test results to the Safe Travels prior to departure
Travel.hawaii.gov (Safe Travels Program)
Notes: Tests must be NAAT, PCR, Rapid Molecular from approved testing site (Hawaiicovid19.com/travel-partners)
click on the link below for more information. You DO NOT NEED TO QUARANTINE with a negative test.
If you are island hopping you will need a test 72 hours prior to travel to the other islands.
TIP: If you are island hopping, fly into one of the out islands first before going to Oahu as additional testing is not required for travelers flying from another island into Oahu if you have already been cleared into that island.
EXAMPLE: You want to go to Oahu and Maui. Fly first to Maui then Oahu.
Oahu: Gatherings limited to 10 people
Pearl Harbor National Memorial Opened, tickets to USS Arizona must be reserved www.recreation.gov
Hanauma Bay-opened (closed Mons & Tues)
Polynesian Cultural Center -opened (closed Weds & Suns)
